All cottages have patios with outdoor furniture,
allowing you to sit or dine outside in good
weather. Each cottage also has a gas barbeque.
Double-glazing and oil-fired central heating
ensures that the cottages are snug and warm
throughout the year.

tumble drier (except Mountain View), dishwasher,

coffee maker and all the best quality utensils

Each
cottage has a spacious lounge equipped with
a TV/Video player and DVD, including a selection
of videos for all ages. There is also a Hi-Fi
system with CD/tape and radio. There is a selection
of books and board games. |

Each cottage has three bedrooms: 1 king-size,
1 twin and 1 single with a pull out companion
bed if required. The master bedroom in all three
cottages is en suite, with Mountain View and
Rowan Ridge fitted with a shower, and Woodpecker
Pad containing a bath with shower over. The
main bathrooms in Mountain View and Rowan Ridge
have a bath with shower over, whereas the main
one in Woodpecker Pad has a large corner shower.
There are shaving points in all bathrooms.
